Review: Key to a Haunting

Key to a Haunting
Key to a Haunting by Coral Russell

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Disclosure: I received a free copy of this ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Synopsis from Goodreads: After losing everything, Allen has a chance to gain it all back. Until a haunting from his family's past resurfaces with the renovation of his downtown building. Will the ghost hunters, Hector and Marcos, learn the truth in time to solve the haunting and finally put the dead to rest?

My Thoughts: These characters are the same as those in Amador Lockdown, a full-length novel that Coral released in 2011. Ghosthunters, they are always seeking out the truth behind the legends of the ghosts in their area. This short fills in more information about their work and the general state of the paranormal around the El Paso area. Recommended that you read this and Devil of a Ghost Tour before reading Amador Lockdown in order to get the full benefit of that story. Deft interweaving of past and present give this story a great pace; highly engrossing.
